Drawing on a wealth of experience in early childhood education, our educators bring a range of strengths and interests to the program, including play-based learning, outdoor exploration, creativity, wellbeing, inclusion and supporting children’s social and emotional growth.

All educators hold the required qualifications, certifications and clearances for their roles and are committed to ongoing professional learning. Tracey Busch
Business Service Manager
Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care

With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, I have a genuine passion for kindergarten and the important role it plays in a child’s development. I believe the kindergarten years are some of the most valuable, helping children build confidence, independence, friendships and a lifelong love of learning.
After spending the past 25 years as an Educator I decided to take a slightly different direction, balancing my role at Rockhampton South Kindergarten with running our family mining company. My role as Business Manager allows me to enjoy the best of both worlds — combining my business experience with my love of early childhood education. I’m passionate about supporting our wonderful educators, families and children, and helping make Rockhampton South Kindergarten a place where everyone feels welcome and valued.
And while you’ll usually find me in the office, don’t be surprised if you see me spending time with the children or lending a hand in the classroom!
